Spinach, Grape & Coconut
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup Ice

Raspberry & Nut
3/4 cup low fat milk (or almond/soy milk)
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
1 tbs natural almond or peanut butter
1 tbs agave nectar or honey

Ginger, Berry & Oat
1/4 cup natural oats
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
2 tbs agave nectar or honey
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1/2 cup ice

Kale, Pineapple & Banana
