CAN I HIRE PLATINUM BAR SOLUTIONS FOR A PRIVATE EVENT AT A HIRED VENUE?

Yes. As a mobile service, we come to you. Whether you have already booked a venue or would prefer a fabulous event in your own home, we will set up a fully operational bar within that space.

WHAT WILL A FLAIR SHOW CONSIST OF?

Our Flair Cocktail Bartenders will provide high levels of entertainment behind the bar whilst making delicious drinks. They will also provide you with a minimum of one fire-breathing flair show, which is a four minute freestyle performance. It's sure to make an impression!

CAN YOU DESIGN A COCKTAIL MENU FOR OUR EVENT?

Absolutely! We specialize in menu design and this can include signature cocktails for you and your guests. Platinum will ask the right questions to ensure we have your menu specific to your taste buds! We have years of experience in designing cocktails and specialty drinks for all types of themes.

CAN PLATINUM PROVIDE OTHER FORMS OF ENTERTAINMENT FOR OUR EVENT?

Yes - we have some of the best contacts in the industry and sponsor a number of established bands and DJs'. We can also book fire twirlers, drumming groups, aerial artists and party entertainment to suit your event.

WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM SERVICE FOR HIRE?

We base our events on a minimum of four hours service time. However, we do make exceptions for certain events so it is best to discuss this with one of our team members when enquiring.

WHAT TYPE OF BARS CAN YOU SUPPLY?

Platinum loves to work with our mobile, illuminated battery-operated bars which are available in a range of colours. We can personalize your bar with artwork and can offer three different shape styles to suit your venue space. We also work with themed bars including wooden panel cocktail bars and ice bars.

HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

You can either call or email the team at Platinum directly so that we can tailor a package that meets your requirements. Alternatively, you can also fill in our online quote request form and we will be in contact to discuss your event.

DO PLATINUM BAR SOLUTIONS HAVE A SURCHARGE FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Yes. This will be highlighted in your quote from the team at Platinum Bar Solutions.

IS A BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, we require a 20% deposit upon confirming your booking to secure your date. The balance of your payment is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. Cancellation details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank deposit or cheque for payments.

WHICH AREAS DO PLATINUM BAR SOLUTIONS SERVICE?

We currently service Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. However, we do often travel outside of these areas and additional fees may be charged for this travel.

DO YOU SUPPLY THE ALCOHOL?

No. We require you to supply the alcohol. Prior to your event, we will provide a specific alcohol purchase list including quantities and types.

DO ALL BAR STAFF HAVE A RSA CERTIFICATE AND INSURANCE?

Yes, all of our team members have current RSA certificates and are all covered by workers insurance. We also ensure our team members undergo constant training. Platinum are also covered by full Public Liability Insurance.
